About the Hub

Gogri Hub for Membranes Research, a unit of TRYST at IIT Bombay is India’s one-of-its-kind translational research facility established to support the development and scale-up membrane-based technologies.

The Hub brings together researchers, industries, start-ups and technology developers to translate their TRL 3 technologies to upto TRL 7. The Hub aims to drive innovation in the critical sectors by focusing on water and wastewater treatment, biomedical applications, alternative energy, and industrial separation.

The Gogri Hub is poised to contribute significantly to decarbonization efforts and sustainable change. Through its research and commercialization efforts, the Hub aims to position India as a global leader in membrane technology.
